We play original compositions and traditional rhythms from West Africa, led by Emmanuel Djo Bi, master drummer and native of Ivory Coast, alongside Mama Djo (Kimberly Djo), a lifelong choreographer, teacher, and heartbeat of our family circle. Since 2018, our sons Prince G, Professor Wilf have joined the rhythm, weaving generations into one sound. Celebrate culture, rhythm, and history with a live African drumming experience designed to educate and inspire. This session includes:

• A guided drum introduction
• One traditional song to learn and sing together
• A unique drum rhythm experience
• Movement and participation
• A cultural talk connecting African music, heritage, and storytelling

Featuring:
Mama Djo (Kimberly Djo) — bachelor's degree in Anthropology with Africana studies minor from University of Toledo - 90 hours c in her masters in mental health, and over 25 years of drumming and choreography experience.

Master Drummer Emmanuel Djo Bi — from Ivory Coast, raised in a master drummer family preserving and teaching authentic traditions passed through generations.

This experience blends rhythm, history, and culture into an engaging session perfect for schools, community events, and celebrations.
